Early life and study
Mourad HARKAT was born in October 13, 1977 in Ouled Djellal. He studied primary school at Smati Mohamed Ibn Al-Abed School, and intermediate school literature and humanities.

Certificate in Computer Media from the Center for Vocational Training and Apprenticeship.
An equivalent baccalaureate certificate from the University of Continuing Education.
He holds two diplomas in NLP, level 1 and 2.
