Here is the skirt which I realized with a skirt in grey cotton cloth mocked (a skirt which belonged to me and which I wanted to shorten for my daughter but which has proved too short ... then recycling!) and the bottom of shape balloon of a old dress in veil of dark red polyester (in the breakable touch) doubled by black polyester.
The bottom is tightened by an elastic for the balloon effect , lined by big plastic silvery sequins and pearls of haematite.
She goes a little bit high-waisted.
